As of Sunday, April 5 ChatterboxTown.US made the switchover to the new server. This update unfortunately was unable to carry over user data. Many system-wide announcements before hand were made giving users options to either move to a different service provider, or register their current JID to the new server during its staging phase. We are now fully online and many of you who have pre-registered should have been able to log in seamlessly. For those, who did not pre-register, there is still a good chance that your JID is still available for you to register. However, if your app is automatically trying to log you in and the account is not registered these multiple invalid attempts may get your IP blocked for a limited time. Temporarily disable that account on your app, then manually register here https://chatterboxtown.us:5443/register/ You can try logging the app back in afterwards.

If you are still unable to log in with Cheogram, remove and re-add the account in the app or uninstall and re-install the app. In both cases, be sure you have backed up what you want to keep. I cannot guarantee you'll be able to get your old messages.
